Excellent job. Kevin replaced 3 ridge tiles on our roof and rebedded all the other 21. He even replaced a broken tile caused when the ridge tiles failed. Really nice man and did a fantastic job of our roof. Will definitely use him again for the garage roof ridge tiles when they fail. Totally recommended to anyone needing roof repairs of any kind.

After 3 roofing companies failed to diagnose and fix my leaking chimney stack properly (at considerable cost!), I decided to get myself on Kevin’s long waiting list. Totally worth it in the end, as Kevin seemed to know straight away what the problem was. All repairs completed today for a fixed price quote. If you are willing and able to wait, I would highly recommend Linx Roofing. Kevin is very friendly, courteous and professional. Only downside is that he is massively in demand because of his justifiable reputation…

Needed a lot of small but essential chimney works doing on an old stone property and a Victorian house. Contacted Linx roofing after getting damp patch in ceiling. Donna got back to me quickly with a quote from pictures sent. I explained I had just re-decorated and was concerned it would be ruined with all the rain we've been getting, so Kevin came out the next day. Really impressed with their communication, workmanship, very responsive, competitive pricing and stuck to timescales as they promised. Donna and Kevin are professional and would not hesitate to recommend. It's a shame more roofer are not like them. I would definitely use them again.

Noticed water in my loft space which Kevin diagnosed as condensation, requiring roof tile vents to remedy. Great correspondence from Donna who kept me informed on dates and answered all emails quickly. Demolition of Three Chimneys
Kevin demolished three high chimneys for us, this work was quoted for and carried out at short notice. Donna and Kevin managed the whole project in a friendly and professional manner; communication was constant and any questions answered quickly. Kevin carried out some additional work, which I asked him to do whilst he was on site. Kevin and James were respectful and friendly throughout their time on site, I felt comfortable with them, this was important to me as my husband was working away at the time.

Linx Roofing was recommended to me by another professional in the building industry. I had a roof rake missing from the highest point of the gable end of a three storey house. Understandably it’s a job that many roofers think twice about but after sending the information and photographs to Kevin and Donna from Linx Roofing I was provided with a quote which I accepted. Linx came highly recommended by the company we use to sweep our chimney (which has to be a good sign!). We've used them twice now: first to install a chimney cowl and more recently to install a tile vent.
Excellent communication from Kevin and Donna on both occasions leading up to the jobs, and work done very quickly with no fuss. Kevin was very friendly and professional and clearly experienced in his field.

What an excellent service. Donna and Kevin were professional from initial quote to completing the work. Kevin arrived at time agreed, replaced parts of roof liner that had deteriorated, refitted tiles and even did a couple of extra jobs to ensure we were trouble free for the future. Fitted a vented roof tile for a new extractor fan.
Came on time with a friendly attitude, worked cleanly and efficiently.
While he was on site, I asked Kevin to check the condition of my current roof (all OK) and he gave good advice on how to properly vent my loft space (vs. a pervious company advising on a complete re-roof)

Fantastic company to deal with!. I e mailed Linx Roofing for a quote after reading all the glowing reviews, and I'm so pleased I did. Donna was quick to answer my messages and to let me know when Kevin would come to do the quote and also when Kevin would do the job after I'd accepted the quote. Kevin was friendly, professional, polite, reliable, punctual, hard working and explained what work needed to be done and also showed me photos of what he'd done including fitting new batons & roof felt etc. He made a brilliant job of my leaking roof at a fair price too. Will only use Linx Roofing from now on. They are leagues above any other roofing companies we have used in the past. Both Donna and Kevin are professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I spoke to Donna to enquire about installing two chimney cowls and a tile vent for our bathroom extraction. Communication was easy and Donna was polite and always responded quickly. I was given a quote and booked the job in for their next available time slot.
A few days later, Kevin arrived on time and was polite and well presented. He advised where best to place the tile vent and explained everything he was going to do.
The vent went in swiftly and without any problems. Whilst he was doing the job, he checked the roof felt and rafters and told me everything looked in good order.
Next, the chimney cowls went on quickly and everything was left clean and tidy.
After the job was done, I asked Kevin to have a look at an area of concern where birds had been nesting in my guttering. He whipped off a tile and repaired a small area of bird damage before replacing the tile and making the area secure from future nesting.
Overall, both Kevin and Donna were very polite and knowledgeable. The work was carried out quickly and professionally, and the work area was left clean and tidy. I will definitely be using Linx Roofing again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Linx Roofing are absolutely amazing. Punctual and extremely professional. From the moment I sent an enquiry, to coming to the house to see exactly what work I was looking to have done, was so professional and customer focused. Of the 3 quotes I requested off roofers for the job, only Linx provided an estimate with a breakdown of the work, the lead-in time and how much each aspect cost, the other two quotes just sent a text with a figure on.
Two weeks before works started Donna emailed to let me know the time and date and bang on time Kevin and the team arrived. They went through what they were going to do again, how they were going to do it and were excellent. Clean, tidy and so respectful of our home, after the windows were installed they then completed the roof repair.
We are so glad we went with Linx, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofer who will not try and do work or repairs that don’t need doing.

They went through what they were going to do again, how they were going to do it and were excellent. Clean, tidy and so respectful of our home, after the windows were installed they then completed the roof repair.
We are so glad we went with Linx, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofer who will not try and do work or repairs that don’t need doing.

Repaired two extremely large chimneys and both were fitted with pots and cowls. Roof had all bonnet hips repointed. We also had our garden outbuilding needing a lot of tlc so it needed all hips, broken bonnet tiles replaced and repaired where needed and all tiles were made secure.

Following the recent storms, Linx Roofing quoted for the replacement of broken ridge tiles on my bungalow. The quote was very competitive, and I was kept upto date when the work would be carried out due too the wet weather. Linx fixed a roof/stack leak for us today. They rapidly identified the problem and showed me photos of what was wrong. The problem was a fault dating back to the original build (40 years ago) , which had been wrongly fitted and leaking from the start. All was soon sorted out, to a very high standard.
This team really know their stuff and can explain exactly what is needed and do it. No smooth talking or bluster, just very professional and very good value for money.

I was in a panic when I realised how wet it was inside my loft and that some water had begun leaking through the ceiling. Donna and Kevin were so helpful and Kevin came out and checked to see what was causing the leaking immediately. Kevin has carried out my chimney repairs today, removing old pointing and replacing with lime mortar. Removing damaged slab from top of chimney, replacing damaged chimney pot with a new one and re bedding around new pot. Kevin has done a great job and even carried on working in such bad weather conditions.

Kevin has just completed a complete removal of old roof tiles and membrane, and replaced with new breathable membrane and my choice of tiles.
This was a complete new roof on 200sqmtr bungalow which has been done to a very high standard.
Kevin was here every day and explained what jobs were being done that day and the next and kept us up to date with all aspects of the job.
Kevin does a very good days work and leaves site in a clean and safe state each day. When required Kevin had assistance colleagues with him and all worked well.

Excellent work carried out by Kevin to repair the outside bay window roof which was badly weathered. I liked that solution he presented to me in which the roof didn’t need replacing, but just a makeover by sanding the rust down and repainting it. The price was reasonable and the work he did to make the roof look good, I was very happy with. I highly recommend this company if you have a similar problem!

Had few roof leaks over Xmas time, which worth time of year without other problems on top. Kev came out of his way to have a look then got quote by next day and Kev took action once i reply. Within a week, Kev made start and willing to work in cold windy days and he and another lad got whole roof done within a shocking 4days:) Roof end up being water tight and clean every day before leaving work I would very highly recommended Linx roofing as i feel that Kev and his mate were very professional alrounder and clean,honest and very reliable with great coms and very friendly. Kev also gave me the best adivce regarding best way keeping my loft warm. 100 out of 100% one very happy customer :)

Kev was very professional and friendly. Assessed the problem in his first visit and work required complete with quote. He organised to complete the work a couple of days later and finding other slates potentially loose and a blocked gutter due to vegitarion, he secured all the slates and cleared the gutter. All these could have caused future problems. All the work was carried within the original quote and the property left immaculate. Kev kept me updated throughout and sent me photos of all the areas of concern. Amazing customer service and would certainly recommend him. Absolutely fantastic and would 100% recommend to anyone!
Gave me a quote for roof repair which was very good and out to do the work within a week. Hit a snag once the roof was off.. birds nest with babies in it.. he didn't just 'get rid of it' hes worked around them so they can keep nesting and is coming back at the end of nesting season to finish off.. no extra charge! Very honest, I asked him for a quote for repointing if he thought we needed it.. he didn't think we needed it.. again he could have said we did.. if ever we need anything I will now only use Kevin! Thanks for a brilliant job! :)
